I'll admit it, I'm scared to answer love's call, but if it hits you better make it worth the fall...

Fallin-just in

Fall/Winter is rollin in quick, so are all the sizzilin soles this season. From little booties with shearling trims to calf leathered pumps, everythins puttin us in the mood to pack up our bikins and welcome in this Winter air.

I've had my eyes locked on YSL's Iconic platform pumps in grey leopard printed calfskin, since it made its appearance. They're not even available in stores yet, only for pre-order Stateside. Comin at 5.5inches with its 1.5inch hidden platform makes these one of the easiest 5inchers to walk in and I'm not even exaggeratin! Love, love, love!!!

$880 US for preorder @ YSL.com

This winter, we're lookin at a tsunami of little shearling trimmed boots, with one of the best ones from the late Alexander McQueen. When these filled the stands in early July, I told myself these would be a winter style staple and mustttt have!! I'm lovin McQueen's shearling trimmed 'Faithful' buckle-down, zip-up ankle peep-toe boot with antique silver skull zippers. Standin at 115mm with 10 mm interior platform.

Get 'em for $1,245 US/£695.00 @ AlexanderMcQueen.com or Browns

Another pair from the king of skulls that I adore are the Gold Studded 'Faithful' boots, standing also at 115mm with the 10mm platform, givin it a twist to rocker babe chic.

$1,285/£720.00 also @ AlexanderMcQueen.com or Browns

These are also such adorable ones, again from McQueen. I Love the angel wing detailing, with less gold studs just embellished delicately on the heels. These ones stand at a little higher, with a 12.5cm heel, can't guarantee that these will be all That comfortable...but who needs to walk when you can look this good sittin and standin around!

Pricetag on the Angel Faithful Boots come at $1,495/£765.00

Booooty update continuess....

How can we miss out on the Louboutins, this is the Snakeprint Louboutin Pumps, standin at 6inches high. These would definitely give a flash of attention for attending Weddings or even as a bride, giving that elegant dress/gown an edge with the contrasting prints and animal fierce attitude.
I would be sportin these if I were gettin married this Summer!
They go for £635.00 ($978 CAD/$973 US)

Dubbed the 'Spritney' suede peep-toes, standing at 5.5 inches tall, the gold metal strap that extends into the centre of these heels give it a greek goddess-like approach. Completed with the sexy sling-back and peep-toe combo, perfect for a romantic date night out or a Ballet at the Theater!

Christina Aguilera's New Single

Finally here- 'Not Myself Tonight' from her 4th studio album- Bionic to be released June 8th 2010.

This album features a more futuristic vibe, drawing inspiration of the future as described by her past interviews.

I love the album artwork on this album cuz I'm into the whole sci-fi/futuresque thing, and it also reflects a closer look into the future world of robotics and how surreal its becoming.

Here is the single, exclusively on Christinaaguilera.com

This is a completely different genre of music in comparison to Christina's past records. This beat is more of a pop/dance track in comparison to the Pop, HipHop/Retro vibe she had in her past albums...I think this song would become somthing after a few replays, but I am even more curious as to what she'll deliver in her album....Can't wait til June, the Countdown begins!

Crooks &Castles x VANS Mode Hi Sneakers
I was never really a big fan of VANS, but these are tight...I love the subtle hints of the different skin textures on the black surface. These would look so sick with dark grey jeans, t-shirt & a casual rolled sleeve blazer!

Solez Solez Soless!!!

Chanel

Yess...I know I'm only like about 10 gazillion Months Late to make comments on the Chanel S/S 2010 Clogs, but I Fell in LOVE with them the second it was seen off the foresty 'farm-walk'!!

It was November 2008 when I was clearing up my shoe closet and my mom asked if I wanted to keep my Clogs from when I was in Grade 10 (2003)...7 years ago, I said nahh I don't want 'em anymore...but my wise mom said, 'I think they'll make a comeback' And soo they did! She was right! I'm glad I kept them....they still look stellar! haha. But that won't stop me from wantin to make a guilty purchase on these Insaanely beautiful peice d'art!!!

Yves Saint Laurent

I've been waitin for these Tribute heels to come in Black leather with Purple or Pistachio green soles!!! Mmm how beautiful would that be to scatter down the street in a summer breeze!! But lately...I've been gettin quite impatient!!! I want 'em now!!! The 2010's S/S are Gold soles...hmmm....or maybe I should just get the Grey ones for now?

Christian Louboutin

After the very, very successful wedged boot from the mid-season collection in October 2009 here's the Spring/Summer version, this time over the knee with an espadrilled wedge heel. Sooo cute & flirty, perfect for this Spring that's rollin in!! Find these cute little booty's @ BrownsFashion for a nice £380.00.

Ohhhh beautiful shoes....how I Love 'em so!!!

I'm Lovin their Swagga!!

Mr. + Mr.

East London based Mister and Mister's 'Project Nemesis' collection was struttin the London Fashion Week 2010 On/Off show, with innovative designs adding an eccentric twist to the classic tuxedo bringin another aesthetic edge to men's fashion.
I love their designs and approach to their collection, it brings such flavour into men's clothing. The use of leather and velvet panelling on some of the tops, the use of leather as a neck peice in contrast with a plain shirt and casual bottoms hangin loosely inside stellar kicks! This is clothing that makes me wish I was a guy sometimes!!
I'm pretty sure many guys are probably a little shaken with the approach to this style, but with a combination of certain peices, they could be peiced together in a less edgy way for those of us back in Canada/America who are into more casual ensembles.

We Are The World 25 for Haiti

It was the the world premiere of ‘We Are The World 25 For Haiti’ with NBC’s coverage of the Opening Ceremony of the Vancouver Winter Olympics tonight. Gathered with all the most amazing artists, the recording of ‘We Are The World 25 For Haiti’ embodies the same enthusiasm, sense of purpose and generosity as the original recording 25 years ago, written by Michael Jackson & Lionel Richie gathered by Quincy Jones.

The 25th Anniversary recording features over 80 artists and performers. Every one of the artists who participated, regardless of genre or generation, walked into the room with their hearts and souls completely open to coming together to help the people of Haiti.

I love the rendition of this peice, and I Love how they had that verse dedicated for MJ in the video! It has always been one of my favorite peices, so meaningful with the music accompanyin the lyrics, bringin the World as One.

Goodbye to an amazing, influential & innovative designer of our generation...

The departure of one of our favorite designers has put many fashionistas in awe, the designer who cuts boundaries, steps out of the ordinary with collections that amazes us each season. From the detailed seams, to delicate details, every creation has its own beauty.
...Only a week before his show at London Fashion Week, a few days after his mother passed away...
All we can do now, is appreciate & cherish the last of his work he's left with us.
RIP Lee (Alexander) McQueen.

Fashion Files: Girls Droppin their crotches down onto Guys! hehee...

This season, the runways are fillin up with Guy's crotches layin down low, just as they were a hit, Summer 09 for the Girls--The Harem pants!...or some would call it- The Drop Crotch Pants for the Soulja boys!
In the UK last season, well...mainly LondonTown, the Skinny jeans/trouser thing with the hangin ankle line was hoppin down every street, the Skinny jeans look I like, the ankle thing...I'm not too sure of myself, I mean like some guys rock 'em but most...just can't pull it off. Luckily, this season...we're givin a warm salute to the Skinnys and Welcomin the Drop Crotches! Although, I'm not too keen on the Drop Crotched bare ankle thing, but I'm diggin the Drop Crotched Dress Pants & Jeans!! Especially in darker washes and ripped!! These would be So much more comfortable & easier to pulll-off fosho! Can't wait to spot some of these trends on those oh-soo yummy hips! ;P

(You can find these at Oki-Ni.com)
I love these ones, especially the Darker Washed Denims, pair 'em with a White Blazer for a more gentlemen-badboy approach---ohhh I would Not be able to resist this man! Haha, As for the lighter wash...a Bright colored Dress Shirt or T-shirt would have you lookin stellar! (Make sure they're bright hues! but avoid White cuz that's boring!)

(You can find these Also at Oki-Ni.com)
These are a tad bit more Formal, pumpin up a twist to the borin daily office wear! Who says work clothes Had to be normal!?! Pimp 'em out with any dress shirt & suit, add some stellar cufflinks to yo cuffs for an even more broad approach! Orrr opt for the day-off casual, sport it with an Acid washed T-shirt, such as Junk Food, American Apparel & Diesel!

(You can find these @ G-Star or G-Star at ASOS.com)
These are probably one of my fav pair so far...they've got the skinny calves part for those who are still attached to the tight grip around them legs, but still givin that dropped crotch affect. These pants/trousers are glazed with a matte-shine finish, perfect for the stroll around town & club nights! Sooo hottt with Nike Air High Tops!
